Tips for better physical health:
- Eat healthy food
- Do physical workout. It includes gym, exercise, yoga, swimming, dancing, anything you love to do.
- Observe what food suits and doesn’t suit for your body.
Success and failure are the part of life. Even everything is part of life. When things don’t go the way we thought, we require a lot of efforts to cope up with the situations.
Don’t try to follow others. Know what you are good at, what you do out of happiness and can spend most of your time.
Generally older people give instructions and younger ones have to follow those instructions. The moment younger people question you or don’t want to do what you said, brings anger in you. They are putting their opinion or they don’t want to live the life you are living, or what works for you, isn’t working for him. That’s alright. Let them do what they want to do. If you give them the freedom to do what they want to do, they will respect you, tell you what is going on in their head, share experiences with you, and enjoy your company.
