A Right approach to choose a right career
How do we choose a career?
We ask relatives, parents, teachers, elder siblings, and friends what should I do. Or we see the career which is common like Engineering, Doctor, CA, CS, MBA, etc….
Can this approach will help you in choosing the right path?
No.
Why?
Because nobody knows you better than you. You are the only person who knows every aspect of yourself. Do not try to change yourself- it’s hard for you to succeed. If we expect Sachin Tendulkar to be an actor. Did he become successful? If you see successful people, try to learn about their journey. They were in the same situation as you. The only difference is they work hard on their strengths and you are following them.
If you work hard on your strengths, in a few years you will find yourself in the top place.
❝
Always ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.

You can make the right decision, only if you know yourself very well. So, spend some time with yourself, ask questions to yourself, get awareness of what works and what doesn’t work for you. You can ask questions to explore yourself. For example-
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
- How do I learn?
- Do I work well with people or am I a loner?
- Am I a good decision maker or an advisor?
- Do I need a highly structured environment to work or can I work in a dynamic environment?
Whatever we do in life, it’s because we want to be happy. Happiness comes only when you are satisfied. People think if you have money, it means you are happy. No. If you are satisfied, then only you can be happy.
At the End, It’s not the Money and it’s not the Fame. Biggest Satisfaction is Who You Become.”
– Boruch Akbosh
