Therapist focuses on your past, Counsellors focuses on past and present whereas coaching focuses on present and future.
How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?
Mentor guides you and Consultant advises you on how to do things on the basis of their experience. Coaches neither guides you nor advice you. They support you in discovering your own unique ways to achieve your dreams.
