All the products are delivered via courier and they will deliver to the ground floor only.

In case of any defects and damage we require an unboxing video

For the furniture related products If any order is returned without accepting delivery customer have to bear courier charges for both sides

Deposit amount will not be refunded in case of not accepting the delivery of the product

3. Note - Display Images are clicked in proper Studio and by the professional camera so there will always be slight difference in the actual product, for better understanding of the product customer can request for the images and videos of the product.
