Warranty & Cancellation Policy 

In line with Aaramya’s commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, this Warranty & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for warranty coverage, cancellations, and related services.

Warranty

Aaramya does not provide its own warranty for products. Warranty coverage is determined by the vendor or manufacturer and may vary depending on their specific terms and conditions.

Warranty Period:

The warranty for a product begins on the date it is delivered to you. The specific warranty duration for each product will be mentioned on the respective product detail page, along with a complete description.

This warranty is non-transferable. To qualify for coverage, you must provide a valid invoice for the product when requested by us or our representatives.

Aaramya’s Responsibilities:

During the warranty period, and in accordance with the conditions stated on the respective product details page, Aaramya may, at its discretion:
(a) repair the damaged product, or
(b) replace it with a new one.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages or defects caused by improper maintenance, mishandling, overloading, or negligence in usage.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Natural variations in materials used (e.g., wood grain, fabric texture) that occur over time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it on our website.
To request a cancellation, please email support@aaramya.com with:

  • Product name

  • Order ID

  • Reason for cancellation

Once we receive and process your cancellation request, your order will be canceled and the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping

We understand how important timely and smooth delivery is for you, so we’ve designed our shipping process to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Dispatch Times: Dispatch timelines vary by product. Delivery generally takes 3–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Estimated dispatch details are mentioned on each product page.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order three times. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails after three attempts.

  • Shipping Updates: Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD for orders with a value of ₹2,000 or less.
An additional charge of ₹80 applies for COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Airway Bill Number (AWB No.)

  • Courier partner’s name

You can track your shipment using these details on the courier partner’s website to see its location and estimated delivery date.
