Terms of Return and Refund
Please review the return eligibility before placing your order. Each productās return policy can be found under the Easy Returns section on its product page.

Eligible products can only be returned within 2 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, email support@aaramya.com with your order ID, product details, and clear photographs of the product.

Not all items are eligible for returns. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it may be eligible for exchange or repair within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange delivery may take 3ā4 weeks.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
Return Conditions
We can only process a refund if:

The product is returned in original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

It passes our quality inspection after arrival.
We do not accept returns for:

Custom-made or bulk orders (case-by-case exceptions may apply).

Items with natural variations in color, texture, or size, as these are inherent to handcrafted furniture and not defects.
Return Shipping Charges
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs:

Refunds are processed for the product value minus return shipping charges. COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
Pickup & Inspection

If approved, weāll arrange pickup from the original delivery address.

If the product is not in original condition, the buyer must cover any loss in value.

If the buyer fails to hand over the product after 2 pickup attempts, the return will be canceled.

Photos of the product and packaging must be emailed or WhatsApped to Aaramya before pickup.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@aaramya.com with product name, order ID, and cancellation reason.
