Most of our furniture is produced by trusted partners and brands. We carefully curate our selections based on quality, design, ergonomics, and price—so you get the best of both worlds: style and reliability made accessible.

Where are you based, and how fast can you deliver?

Our main store and warehouse are in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and product availability. Local orders often arrive even faster!


What if something’s damaged or not what I expected?

No worries—many of our products come with warranties and hassle-free return policies. If something’s defective or you change your mind, just reach out within the specified timeframe (usually 7 days), and we'll help with returns or replacements.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can! But you’ll need to contact us ASAP—ideally within 12 hours—preferably via email or phone. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes—COD is available for orders up to a certain value (e.g., ₹2,000–₹3,000). A small additional fee (around ₹80) may apply. If your order exceeds that, we offer convenient prepaid options as well.

How do I track my order once it’s on its way?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number via SMS or email. Use that to track your delivery status through the courier partner’s website or app.
